Arrival & Departure Information

🕚  Arrival Time: Please arrive between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM on the first day of your retreat. This allows time to check in, settle, and join our evening yoga session followed by dinner and meditation.

🕚  Departure Time: The retreat concludes after the 11:00 AM healing session on the final day. Lunch is not included on departure day.

We encourage you to arrive on time to enjoy the full retreat experience and depart with a peaceful heart.
