This yoga retreat is guided by Yogi Sudhan Bashyal, a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher from Nepal, deeply connected to the Himalayan yogic tradition.
Born and raised close to the mountains, Sudhan’s journey into yoga began as a personal search for inner stillness, clarity, and truth — not as a profession, but as a way of life. His teachings are rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, meditation, pranayama, and Himalayan sound healing, shared in a simple and accessible way for modern seekers.
Sudhan believes yoga is not about flexibility or perfection, but about awareness, sincerity, and inner balance. His guidance is gentle, patient, and supportive, creating a safe space for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
