Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change.
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clear and fair terms for both guests and Unmani Yoga Retreat.
1. Booking Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your retreat booking.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Guest Cancellation
14 Days or More Before Arrival
You may choose:
- Transfer of your deposit to another available retreat date within 1 year, or
- A refund of the eligible amount, less applicable transaction or payment-processing fees.
7–13 Days Before Arrival
The deposit is non-refundable.
However, 50% of the deposit may be transferred as credit toward a future retreat within 6 months.
Less Than 7 Days / No-Show
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or failure to arrive, are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by Unmani Yoga Retreat
If Unmani Yoga Retreat needs to cancel a retreat because of circumstances such as serious safety concerns, natural emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will provide a full refund of payments received for the cancelled retreat, unless another arrangement is mutually agreed.
4. Travel Costs
Unmani Yoga Retreat is not responsible for separate travel expenses such as:
- Flights
- Visas
- Transportation
- Travel insurance
- Other personal travel costs
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance that covers cancellation and unexpected travel circumstances.
5. Changing Your Retreat Date
If you need to change your retreat date, please contact us as early as possible.
Date changes are subject to availability and the applicable cancellation terms above.
